Pre-Sale Policy All pre-orders of products are final. We can not offer refunds or order cancellations for anything purchased before release. The reason we have to have this in place is due to the indeterminate value of cards, when purchasing there is a chance you will grab a bargain or there's a chance your card may drop slightly in price before release. This is a shared risk on both parts and the same way we will always do our very best to fulfill every order we sadly can not allow cancellations as soon as it seems the card that you thought may be short printed isn't. We can allow cancellations in special circumstances, for questions or concerns email us at illustriouscardsandgames@gmail.com and we will do our best to assist you.

Return Policy You may return most new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by Illustrious Cards and Games within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

Refunds Refunds are requested after we receive and process your return. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (see below for specific guidelines). We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

The secure server layer (SSL) encrypts (scrambles) all of the information you enter before it is transmitted over the Internet and sent to us. Furthermore, all of the customer data we collect is protected against unauthorized access.

What about "cookies"? "Cookies" are small pieces of information that are stored by your browser on your computer's hard drive. We do not use cookies to collect or store any information about visitors or customers.

Will Illustrious Cards and Games disclose the information it collects to outside parties?
